PROCESSING TIME:

Orders require 3-5 business days for processing as we carefully craft and prepare your items for shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and all relevant information. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page!

CUSTOMS FEES:

If your package encounters delays in customs, please reach out to us. We will cover any necessary customs fees for your country.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Double-check your shipping details when placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can correct it at no extra charge. If it has already been dispatched, please contact the courier right away and inform them of the mistake.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, a resend fee will apply, and you will be subject to standard processing times.

TRACKING ISSUES:

IF YOUR PACKAGE SHOWS AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT:

Packages may sometimes be prematurely marked as "delivered" by courier GPS systems. Please wait an additional business day, as it may arrive the next day. For faster assistance, contact your local USPS or UPS office, as they can provide the most accurate updates.
